Good intentions, but a few shortcomings
Bought a Mazda MX-5. Salesperson was a bit informal, and not overly observant to detail. I was allowed to test-drive the car with not MOT. The dealer should have been aware of this. When I bought the car, preparation could have been much better. Tyres were under-inflated, wheel-arches were caked in mud, there were dings and dents on the bodywork, one tyre had a slow puncture and the aerial was broken. They were keen to put matters write, once I got in tough with the write team. However, their service department are not the easiest to contact, and I did not find their receptionist to be particularly on the ball. I also feel their knowledge of vehicles they sell could be better.
