First choice motors

I purchased a Volkswagen Golf from First Choice Motors which was described as having a new steering rack fitted and no steering faults. Shortly after purchase, a steering issue became apparent. When I reviewed the documentation provided, it appeared to be an estimate rather than an invoice confirming that the work had been completed. I raised the issue with the dealership promptly. Communication was limited and I was directed to a warranty provider, who later advised that the fault was pre-existing and therefore not covered. As the issue was not resolved, I proceeded to formally reject the vehicle. The matter was ultimately resolved through the County Court, where judgment was entered in my favour and payment was made following that process.
