Outstanding customer service

I recently purchased a Kia EV9 from Bells Kia and the service throughout was absolutely outstanding. A special mention has to go to Leigh, who was brilliant from start to finish. The purchase was unfortunately delayed for several weeks due to issues completely outside the dealership's control, but Leigh remained patient and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He kept in regular contact, never applied pressure, and genuinely made what had become quite a stressful situation much easier to deal with. When everything was finally resolved, the handover experience was excellent and the car was presented beautifully. The Kia EV9 is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with it. I would highly recommend Bells Kia to anyone considering a car purchase, and Leigh in particular was a credit to the dealership. Thank you again, it was very much appreciated.
