Amazing from start to finish

So Concept-r have been amazing from start to finish. The last 5 months have been really tough for me and in the middle of it all I had 1 week to find a new car. I found them on the web on Saturday afternoon with a car I thought looked ok. After a quick call with Darren - who I might add was on his way to a family event and apologizing that he couldn't be there - we arranged to go look at the car. The second I saw it I knew I had to test drive it but when? After another quick call by the mechanics to Darren he offered to stop a bit later on Monday so I could do my appointments and travel over from Sheffield. We arrived Darren gave us the keys and off we drove on our test drive. No pressure, no insistence of being in the car with me just a comment when we got back of "you'd drive differently with me in the car and without me you get a proper feel for it". So deposit paid now when to collect before the MOT ran out on my old car and the Easter bank holidays. Darren to the rescue again, he offered to hang back a little bit on Thursday to allow us time to get there and sort the paperwork before they closed for the bank holidays. Throughout it all Darren has been a superstar he's talked me through each and every step even offering to help with any online forms if I didn't get it. He even sorted out the making up and delivery of my new personalized plates. Some dealers I've visited just make you feel uneasy Darren and Concept-r are the exact opposite, I've already recommended them to several friends and acquaintances.
