This is excellent.

I bought the car quickly as I was in London. I came for it the next day. You prepped the car whilst I waited. There was a dent in the door that the team couldn't get out. I had to drive the car home north. Izzy said I should get it sorted up north and you'd cover the cost. I did. Emailed you. And your customer care team credited me 48 hours later. This is excellent. These things happen. But customers don't trust garages to sort things out honestly and fairly. You guys did. Thank you.
