Happy with the sale, everything seems ok with the van. I was looking for particular type of vehicle and Karl Smith were the closest. I was driving past their forecourt when I spotted that they were starting to do more commercial vehicles. They had the perfect van for us. No issues with the salesperson. There were specific vehicles we were made aware of that were coming in and they gave us first refusal. The van we chose was a good price, happy with that.
