Great customer service

No major issues with the Tesla! They were competitive and thorough, I asked for videos to be sent to prevent a wasted journey and they went out of their way to send me everything I needed. Adam was very courteous and not too pushy at all. They even pulled up the battery life reports for me which I found important for an electric car. And they offered me a cup of tea!
