Great experience

I had a great experience with Peter Scott Cars and dealt mainly with Rob. Initially contacted them about an Audi A5 I was interested in - the level of detail in their photos and videos really helped me to understand what I was buying. We agreed on the sale, after my questions were answered, and I paid a relatively small fee to get the vehicle delivered. After test drive, I agreed to buy the car, and the transaction went very smoothly. It took a while for the V5C to come through, and I contacted Rob, who chased up with the DVLA and all was sorted. After 3 months, and still in warranty, my Audi developed a fault, which I diagnosed as a simple sensor issue. Despite this being an 'in house' warranty, Rob agreed that if I changed the sensor myself and it fixed the issue, they would pay for the sensor, without me having to cart the car half way across the country back to them. It fixed it, I sent the invoice, and the money was in my account within a few days. Absolutely excellent service. Will 100% use again.
