Poor aftersales- BEWARE

Purchased a car from Beau, and initial contact was great. When I had paid and collected the car he said he would forward the piece of trim to me (as I was happy to fit it myself) Waited for the part to arrive but after some time I contacted him and he said he had sent it. It arrived a few days later. When I opened the parcel, the trim was completely wrong for my model. I contacted Beau with pics and asked what he wanted to do, but not had any response. Very disspointing aftersales experience, and sadly cannot recommend bb UK cars ltd
