Having visited this dealership in april 26 I decided to buy a very nice looking c220 cdi sport estate.unfortuanatly this was brought with problems which John tried his utmost to resolve under the terms of the warranty. Alas the problem did not go away and despite an extension of the warranty the problem re emerged .having spoken to John regarding this we were able to come to an agreement whereby I would return the car for an equivalent vehicle. I can only add that the professional attitude to customer satisfaction is second to none and the integrity of John's approach to customer satisfaction is second to none. Should I require another vehicle at a later date , I would not hesitate to deal with John again, he is a credit to his business 👍
