Absolute pleasure to deal with.

I never thought I would I would buy a car off eBay, but that’s where I found an Audi RS3, with the colour I wanted at about the price I wanted. So I made an enquiry. They were fast to reply and not pushy salespeople at all. The car looked great. That weekend I visited and met them which filled me with the confidence that this was a solid business and test drove the car. I checked the history and noticed that the Haldex service was due and hadn’t been completed. They organised it at their own cost and had it done within 2 days at their own cost. I then proceeded to buy it as I was getting good vibes from them. The team at Auto Clicker delivered it free of charge a few days later and swapped out my Part Ex and comms were compete, clear and accurate throughout. Having taken delivery of the car, it has developed a fault which I have reported to them. A sensor on the Tyre Pressure Management System has failed. What unfortunate timing having had the new car barely 4 days. Auto Clicker offered a 6m warranty on the car from the point of sale and I raised this to them. They asked me to get it diagnosed and speak to them which I did. They have instructed I get the sensor replaced and they will pay for all of it as part of their guarantee. They have basically done everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it and have delivered on their word. For this reason, I recommend them fully as a great dealer to do business with.
