I am no longer their problem

I purchased a Renault Clio from Sam at Renault Croydon in March 2026 and unfortunately the after-sales service has been extremely poor, if not non-existent. The mats I requested were never supplied, and I ended up having to source old, used mats from another car on the forecourt myself. When I collected the vehicle, I also discovered two chips in the windscreen directly in my line of sight that I had not been informed about prior to purchase. I reported this immediately, yet ten weeks later the issue still has not been resolved and I am now left having to pay for the repairs myself. There was also no follow-up or communication regarding the windscreen repairs or the delay in receiving my log book unless I chased the dealership myself. Once the sale was completed and payment taken, it genuinely felt as though I was no longer their problem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch due to the poor customer service and lack of after-sales care. Sincerely, A Renault owner of 12 years
