Right car at the right price

The A4 Avant was the right car and the right price for me. I mainly dealt with Ben and also had some contact with Kieran and both were pleasant and helpful throughout the process. While communication could have been a little better at times, the overall experience was positive. When we initially drove two hours to collect the car it wasn't quite ready due to a notification being sent to the wrong number. However, the manager at North West Trade Centre was very helpful in resolving the situation, which was appreciated. Overall I'm happy with the car and the value it offered.
