Relaxing way to buy a car

Just bought a sports car from Toby at Junction 17, Peterborough and I have to say they have been very professional throughout the whole process. Firstly they were willing to reserve the car for me for over a week as due to their location to me I wasn't able to view the car straight away. I was assigned to Toby who was very friendly and not pushy at all, so it made for a relaxing experience, and a customer who feels relaxed tends to spend more. Toby went through the optional extras, eg warranty, ceramic coating, flex fuel carbon cleaning and although I choose to buy all these optional extras as part of the deal, I never felt pressured to do so which was refreshing. I went over some issues which need addressing on the car, both cosmetically and air con regassing both of which Toby sorted out without fuss. My 16 year old buy now looks and feels brand new. I would highly recommend Junction 17 and in particular Toby who before, during and after has put himself out to communicate well with calls and messages, nothing is too much trouble for him. Well done Toby and the team. 👍
