Nightmad Experience over 7 months
I bought a 2015 Peugeot 3008 from their Sheffield office in mid Oct 2025, then I reported issues to them after 2 days, including break accidentally malfunction, tracking keeps shifting to left side, ECO Stop/Start not working, fuel guage not working, etc. My experience are: 1, That car was not cleaned when it was delivered to me, both internal and external. 2, My car was sent to garages over 5 times. 2 out of 5 were requested by them that I need to find other mechanic to check that car. 3, Other 3 were repaired by their garages, the longest one is 7 weeks, they had my car over 3 months in 7 months, but issues were never fixed by them even they told me they fixed them every time. 4, Through our communication, they definitely do not have skill on Peugeot's car because they told me that they need to find a Peugeot's technician to check my car as the reason to held my car over 7 weeks. 5, Issues were reported on the 2nd day I received it, the company owner told me that I am over expect the car condition of this 10 year old car and reject to respond me or fix those issues in last week.
