I certainly would not recommend you purchase from this man. I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Karman Classic Cars (Jason) in December 2025, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Just six days after taking delivery of the vehicle, it broke down. Following a diagnostic inspection, I was advised not to start the engine and had to rely on breakdown assistance. The vehicle was subsequently found to have numerous faults, including an "unauthorised software/calibration detected" issue. I formally notified the seller that I was rejecting the vehicle due to these faults. However, rather than addressing the rejection, I was advised to pursue the matter through the warranty provider, with Jason stating that he accepted no liability. Since then, I have found the process of returning the vehicle extremely difficult. The address listed on the business website does not appear to correspond to a vehicle sales premises, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I remain in possession of a vehicle that, in my view, was not of satisfactory quality when supplied. Communication has also been frustrating, as I have repeatedly been informed that the seller is on holiday when attempting to progress the matter, causing further delays in reaching a resolution. As the vehicle was delivered to me, returning it has presented additional challenges. I would welcome direct contact from the seller to arrange collection of the vehicle and provide a full refund so that this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably. Thank you Brodie
