We went to have a look around the showroom and saw the Vauxhall T-Cross. What stood out to me was that everyone was very courteous. I never had the feeling we were being pushed into buying anything, any questions we had were answered. All in all, the dealership was very professional in the way they dealt with us. There was a problem during the process, but we were told about it, and it was eventually resolved, which I thought was fantastic. Amber was very professional, kept us up to date, was proactive, and was really good to communicate with throughout. We would definitely consider buying from Wheelers again in the future.
