Extremely poor communication

After being a long standing customer of 10 years I am extremely disappointed in the uncaring attitude I received. It was great whilst purchasing a car but a completely different matter when I needed my first repair. 28/4/26 to which I had to chase them up on numerous occasions concerning unreturned telephone calls. On the 4/6/26 I received a message in reply to my poor review !! this was from Underwoods owner stating I will investigate IMMEDIATELY and respond accordingly. Guess what … I’m still waiting. Watch this space !!!!
