Fantastic service

I contacted mercedes blackpool today because i had a problem with my car key.instead of selling me a new key.the lady at reception suggested i see the parts department.i followed this advice and the gentleman in the parts department simply changed the battery.this fixed my key.he also gave me 2 spare batterys .i wasnt charged for the batterys.bothe of your staff smiled and said its our job to help customers.they could of convinced me i need a new key with a cost of several hundred pounds.but they didnt they fixed my key with no charge.so as far as im concerned i recieved excellent service.
