1 Star This is now the second time I have had to complain about the poor communication and lack of follow-through from BMW Hedin Automotive Enfield. Earlier this year, I had an issue relating to wheel insurance that I had paid for. Despite having cover in place, it took approximately three months to get the matter dealt with. It was only after I left a negative review that a manager contacted me. Following that phone call, I received an email that portrayed the conversation as though everything had been resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately, my experience since then suggests otherwise. More recently, I was informed in writing that a manager would contact me regarding another complaint. Over a month later, I am still waiting. No call, no explanation, and no resolution. The most frustrating part is that communication only seems to happen after public criticism. Promises are made, but they are not followed through. For a BMW dealership representing a premium brand, the level of organisation and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have kept copies of the emails confirming that I would be contacted and can substantiate everything stated in this review. Based on my experience, I would not recommend BMW Hedin Automotive Enfield. Poor communication, poor complaint handling, and a recurring lack of accountability.
