Great people to deal with

I Bought a beautifully presented VW car which turned out to have a DGS gearbox issue almost straight away. I called them and we agreed for me to nurse the car back to them. I received a full refund. they refunded me my fuel and have sent the car away to a gearbox specialist at their expense. The owner Peter is a great guy who had no problem with me returning the car and told me he will call when it’s been sorted incase I’m still in the market for one. It’s a shame the car had this issue as it was great, I can’t fault the company in any way. I have sorted another car but wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future. Even though they are over 200miles away from my home. 10/10 for service
