Disappointing

Bought a used Clio. It was dirty when we took it for a test drive, but was assured it would be immaculate on collection. It wasn’t, carpet seemed to have had quick hoover but that was all. Pointed out how dirty it was ( including the grass in the doors) and the fact that the seatbelt was twisted and he said he’d sort. A week later it went back in. They had the car overnight. This time the seats had been hoovered and seatbelt sorted, but other than that couldn’t see any change. Pointed out all the marks and told to drop it off when passing. Have given up and getting it cleaned ourselves. Really not impressed. Concerned now about what else that have missed.
