Appalling After service

I arranged to view a vehicle at 9AM on a Saturday and travelled 2.5 hours to the showroom. My sales representative, Richard W turned up an hour late at 10AM claiming he thought it we'd arranged for 10AM. I purchased a great example of an F-Pace SVR that im very happy with, however. Their after service has been nothing but appalling. Their admin team did not put my part exchange into Trade. Several months later when I received a tax reminder for my old vehicle I contacted the DVLA to find out why I received a reminder when I should have received a refund. The DVLA informed me that it was never put into trade by Auto100. I called them, and asked for it to be put into trade so I could receive my tax refund. They did so, but the DVLA use the date notified to calculate the refund amount, and so Im several hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Over the last 8 weeks ive tried calling the sales representative (Richard W) 4 times to discuss this, each time he isn't available and never calls back. Most recently his colleague who answered the phone emailed Richard and copied me in, still no response. Their disregard for aftersales is appalling, it would appear its great customer service until something goes wrong, then they do not care!
