Lexus NX

I purchased a Lexus from Phantom Motor Company overall, my experience was fairly good. The car has been fine, and I'm enjoying it. At the moment, there is one fault that needs to be sorted out, but apart from that, I've been happy with it. When I arrived to view the car, nobody was aware that I was coming, even though I had booked an appointment. Because it was a busy day, I had to wait for a while and was passed over to Jack, who was fine and helped me as best he could in the circumstances. Due to how busy things were, I wasn't able to take the car on a test drive before buying it, which would have been my main criticism of the experience. The only other issue was that I later felt my part exchange may have been undervalued initially, although I hadn't done my own due diligence on its value beforehand. Aside from those points, everything was fine. I'd still recommend Phantom Motor Company to others.
