**Vehicle Rejected – Poor After-Sales Experience** I purchased a vehicle from The Manchester Motor Company in March 2026 through a finance agreement arranged by a broker. From shortly after delivery, I experienced significant issues with the vehicle and exercised my right to reject it. The vehicle was subsequently returned to the dealer and remained with them for an extended period while the matter was investigated. Throughout this process, communication was extremely difficult. Many emails and requests for updates went unanswered, and I regularly had to chase for information. No courtesy vehicle was provided while the matter was ongoing, despite being without the vehicle for several months. The vehicle was never supplied with a V5C during my ownership, which created additional inconvenience and uncertainty. Following the involvement of the finance company, the finance agreement was ultimately unwound and I have been released from all liability under the agreement. My finance payments have now been refunded. At the time of writing, I am still awaiting reimbursement of the £544 delivery charge that was paid directly to the dealer at the time of purchase. I have contacted both the dealer and relevant parties regarding this matter and await a resolution. My experience relates solely to my own purchase and the subsequent handling of the rejection process. Based on that experience, I would not choose to purchase from this dealer again.
