Couldn’t fault the way they treated me

I originally bought a Mazda 3 from Small Car Company, but unfortunately it had a fault that kept coming back. To be fair to the dealership, they weren’t aware of the issue when I collected it and it turned out to be a strange fault. They came back and collected the car five times, trying to get it sorted, but I eventually lost confidence in it. Throughout the whole experience, I honestly couldn’t fault the way they treated me. They were honest and fair, kept trying to resolve the problem and did everything they could. In the end, we swapped to a Skoda Octavia that had been provided as a courtesy car, and I absolutely love it which i ended up keeping and swapping for the Mazda. I feel it was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the dealership. If you have a dealer that treats you well and fairly when something goes wrong, you can’t ask for much more than that. It was an unfortunate set of events, but a happy accident in the end and I’d definitely recommend them and buy from them again.
