Just bought a van from Simon where we had a choice of two and experienced a very genuine and honest, straightforward transaction. Unfortunately within 48 hours of driving away, we noticed a small leak from the front drivers wheel area. Simon could’ve insisted we use our 12 month warranty, but as it was so soon following collection, actually arranged for his Mechanic to replace the faulty shock dampener at his cost, also offering my husband a lift home whilst the repair was undertaken. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use him again. In fact, hoping he will come up with a car for us next! Thanks again
