A very pleasant Service experience

Had my MG3 Hybrid serviced this morning as part of my MG Service Plan, which, incidentally was the best service plan costs over three years, including MOT, I could find. Very pleasant waiting area with tea and coffee free, (no car magazines), and my car was ready in just over two hours. I was amazed to see the car had been valeted inside and out, free of charge; and looked professionally done. Top marks to the cleaner. No problems showed up with the car, so no hidden or extra charges, even sorted a low battery problem. I swear the car ran better and quieter than when I took it in. One final point: You know how annoying it is when your driving position has been altered, it takes ages to get it just right again? Well, not this time, a slight inch forward on the seat and my position was back. So top marks to the valet, the mechanic/engineer and Nicola for an excellent service.
