Outstanding service

Purchased a t.roc online through Birmingham dealership and Duncan was the salesperson. The handover was smooth and efficient but on returning home ,some 150 miles away , noticed a few problems with vehicle . Duncan swiftly and efficiently arranged for replacement vehicle which was delivered to my doorstep in Essex . Duncan showed great empathy and could not have been more supportive and professional. I could not recommend Duncon enough ... he is a true star and put customer care and satisfaction above everything.
