I am delighted to say that having been recommended to contact MB HH service department regarding some issues with a SL400, my matter was handled by Richard , the Service Manager, whose knowledge, experience and care prevailed over all others I have spoken to. They are not close, but well worth the trip and I cannot recommended him and their Master-tech STAR team enough, both in terms of quick analysis, detailed diagnosis and pragmatic problem-solving. 5 star - Thank you
