The staff were really helpful.

We went for a petrol SUV but ended up with a diesel. We explained we don't do the distance for a diesel but got told it would be fine, so we felt a little pressured. In the future, it would be good if they came down with keys for multiple cars so I could have had more of a choice. Other than that, the salesman was really helpful. I have bought from Concept before, I still have the Focus ST from them.
