nice and relaxed

I’m loving the BMW X5, we were looking for something bigger to tow a caravan and found it online. We don’t remember the salesperson’s name, but he was very good. What really stood out to me was that they left us alone to have a look at the car. They didn’t bother us or pressure us into anything, they whole experience was nice and relaxed.
