Recall on our Vauxhall Mokka

We had a recall done on our Vauxhall Mokka - At the time we told them we need it cleared asap off the DVLA Website asap as we need to get this Vauxhall sold to get into a new one, They said, no problem takes 3 to 4 Weeks. We are now over 9 Weeks and its still not cleared off - we have contacted Customer Service 3 times who are just not interested.
