Avoid unless you want poor communication

I’ve been with the dealer for about 4 years. I’ve had enough of them, avoid at all costs. Every time my car goes on for a service/MOT they only communicate to tell me how high the bill will be. After that they do not inform to tell you the car is ready and expect you to just magically appear to collect. I have never been met with such unproffessionalism, you’ll be lucky to get hold of services - it’s almost as bad as getting doctors appointment. So bitterly disappointed with this place!
