I have been a customer of Stratstone Derby since 2002, and without a doubt, Tim is the best person I have ever dealt with there. From the moment I ordered my MINI, Tim was absolutely fantastic. He kept me updated every step of the way with delivery times and made sure I always knew what was happening. His communication was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. When I exchanged my car and my new MINI wasn't quite ready, Tim even gave me a lift home without hesitation. It's little things like that that make such a big difference. That level of customer care really goes above and beyond and shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers. Tim is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you never feel like "just another customer. He's an absolute credit to Stratstone Derby. He made the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
