Stratstone Mercedes Skipton

I'm bored & tired with how many car's, I have purchased from main dealers in past!, where as soon as you part with your hard earned dosh, they are "Lack lustre" to say the least. Can I say at the very worst, they "fib" to get you out the door, and ignore your call's "speak to service" and fail to return your call's. Well, I have just purchased a car from Robert at Stratstone Mercedes in Skipton, an I can honestly say I have experienced, a total no fuss, straight forward used purchase. In particular, Rob was most knowledgeable about the vehicle in question and was friendly & very professional. They may be part of the Stratstone group, but each and every member if the team at the dealership I spoke to where helpful an had a "can do attitude " Forget the corporate, nice people that do what they say they will do. Any way , from a fussy old bloke that's tired of how many cars he purchased in the past. I'd recommend, if you require Mercedes ask simply for "Rob" . Rest assured " we are not related Laugh"
