Great service up to the point of payment. After payment, Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Borehamwood simply ignore you, and will reply/answer your query only after you make a complaint at their national customer service. Making loads of promises before deal's done, but deliver only some of those promises, with the hope the customer would just give up. If you can, use another dealer.
