Terrible service

Went to test drive the new 718 S at the Prosche Centre East London. All went well with Arron the salesman on the day, however this was short lived. There is quite a wait for a new one of these cars and Arron said he had a nearly new one on the forecourt we could purchase until the new one arrived??? I questioned as to why I would purchase a secondhand car whilst waiting for my new one to arrive and then loose money selling it back to them? He told me it would be for the privilege of having a Porsche on my drive and that my current BMW would not last the 6 months until the new car arrived. I said no way it does not make any sense in my eyes, well Arron then changed his tune and became very rude and aggressive. Sales manager is no better and thought there was nothing wrong with Arron trying to sell me 2 cars, one of which would cost me ££££ for the short time I would have had it. Makes no financial sense to me. Cancelled the order, got the deposit back and went to Tonbridge Porsche and made the purchase there. Do not use East London Porscheif you want good service, they do not know how to deliver it and will then argue the toss with you.
