Brilliant!

Wonderful car and excellent customer service from Paul Frewen Motors. Paul could not have been more helpful when I saw a car on the forecourt and fell in love with it. I test drove it to my Husbands work place to show him but he was in meeting. Paul promised to keep the car for me for the day and even offered to take it to my Husband later that day for me. The deposit was paid and they allowed me to collect it on Good Friday (a Bank Holiday). I popped back in a couple of weeks later with a question about the type of tyres that were on the car and I know car salesmen have a reputation for the gift of the gab but i really felt that Paul genuinely cared that I was happy with the car. I called in again last week (5 months after the purchase) to collect a can of tyre sealant and mentioned in conversation that there is a slight rattle in the door and he has offered to take a look at it for me even though I am aware that this is not something that would come under the warranty. I can honestly say that I am delighted with my new car and cannot fault the way I was looked after. I would recommend Paul Frewen Motors to anyone.
