Terrible aftersales

Once bitten twice shy.... unfortunately we didn't learn our lesson. Charles Hurst Craigavon are all about getting your money and once your out the door don't expect much more. We've bought two cars from Charles Hurst Craigavon. On the first occasion the electric windows and locks were faulty. We were.promiaed they'd be fixed asap but despite hounding them for weeks it was never done so we gave up asking. Stupidly we went back to buy another car from them. Poor decision on my part. This time the car only had one key and the battery on it was warning that it was low. Again promises of it being sorted. We'll send a man to your home to provide a spare and to replace the battery..almost 12 months later and countless phone calls and emails its still not sorted. Their after sales service is Terrible! David enjoys fobbing you off. Stay clear as you'll get no joy if you have any issues.
