From my very first contact with Optimum Vehicles, I was impressed with the honest, friendly and helpful staff who dealt with my enquiry. Nothing was too much trouble, especially for Jack Bower, who dealt with all my queries. He made buying the car a problem free, pleasant experience. As we were unable to travel from Wales to see the car, we were more than satisfied with their delivery service. The car was exactly as advertised. Jack went through all the paperwork with us, and explained everything in detail. Myself and my husband are really pleased with our purchase, and with the professional treatment we received from Jack and his colleagues.
