Worst experiance ever,steer clear

Put car into Malton BMW for accident repair ,came out higher mileage,big workshop!more damaged and categorised!my pride and joy wrecked don't take responsibility,don't care about customers,they deny they are anything to do with repair shop but head of business don't know which he runs!clueless!steer well clear don't trust your car to these idiots,judged on walk in by way you dress to especially Lisa on reception absolutely horrible place,not offered rectification work then was then told they would nt take it back to do it,also lied to my insurance company,never again.
