A disappointing experience

A disappointing experience after spending a substantial amount of money on a new car. I first visited and test drove a golf GTD and was looked after very well by a woman named Rebecca, she was very friendly and very efficient, I wish I could say the same as for another member of staff who had no sense of urgency and had little sense of customer service. The waiting system is very poor, both times I visited the dealership I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, even though I was on time for my appointment. This is not the level so service or care you would nearly expect to receive paying £15,000 for a vehicle. On top of this, when I first visited the car I was told the damage to the alloys and a car battery key was changed, this never got done upon me coming to collect the vehicle (2 hour drive). Post purchasing, I’ve emailed the salseperson who dealt with my enquiry and have had no response to a question I asked. Someone seriously needs to take a look at Vertu Volkswagens customer service arrangements as it’s appalling.
