I am actually really happy with everything, the car the customer service the staff everything! The experience was really good and that's why I came back the second time round. It was dead sound and chilled the second time round as I was buying the car for myself, the first one was for my wife. The salesman made it dead simple he just text me over some cars he had in my price range I picked one and we went to dealership and picked it up. Dead straight forward process everyone was helpful n friendly enough as well which was sound.

I am made up, Kieron got me sorted with the car I had been wanting for such a long time. The customer service I got from Keiron and the rest of the team was second to none, everyone was very polite. Concept offered me a great deal on the car too, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. I will bar Concept in mind for the future.

I recently bought my car from Concept and I absolutely love it but after a change in circumstances I am on the look out for another car earlier than I anticipated. I am of course going to be returning to Concept and I can't wait for them to help me the second time round. There is always such a wide range of cars to choose from I know I will be spoilt for choice. The team are super friendly too and I am looking forward to seeing them all again.
