All is well with the Peugeot 3008. I was really impressed with everything at Concept Car Credit, definitely recommend.

I picked up a BMW 1 Series and it’s been good. When I first got it home, the engine management light came on, which was a bit of a concern. I took it to a garage, and it turned out to be something to do with the valves and the turbo, but the warranty covered it and it was sorted. Since getting it back, I’ve had no problems with the car so far. The experience with Concept Car Credit was good and professional. They helped me out with everything I needed, and Sam was very helpful throughout. I was just looking to upgrade from my previous 1.0 litre and found this one, and it’s definitely a big difference. I’d recommend the dealership, no problem. I’d give it a Four rating overall because of the initial fault with the car, but aside from that everything was pretty spot on.

Came across Concept Car Credit on the internet while googling. Omar was just so wonderful and made it so easy, and nothing was too much trouble. He sent me lots of cars over, and when the first one wasn’t suitable for them to sell, he went on to find me something else. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very much that it was all down to me which car I picked. He was so helpful and lovely. The Polo was exactly as described, and I’d definitely give the whole experience five stars because from the initial phone call to the call saying the car was on its way to me, the service was absolutely fabulous. I could not fault it. The only bit that really let it down was the man who delivered the car his communication wasn’t great, but that would be unfair to mark down overall because Omar was fabulous.

It was a brilliant buying experience with a concept car credit, everything went so smoothly. I've always wanted a Mercedes, so now I've got the A-Class. I'm really enjoying it.

This is the 2nd time I have bought from Concept Car Credit. The first time I had no issues, and it was a good experience. I received a marketing email to change cars, so I spoke to them and said I wanted to go up to £300 a month, which was agreed to, although when everything was processed, it came out at more than that, and I've since had an issue with the car that I am currently in the process of getting booked in. The dealership has advised me to get the diagnostic done and then get in contact with them. It was difficult to get through to after sales. I do like the car and was ready for an upgrade. If it was based on my previous experience, I would have been a five, but this time it would have to be a three star.

I didn’t actually go to the dealership, as I found the car online and dealt with everything through WhatsApp. There was constant communication, which was great, and if I had any questions, they were answered straight away. They also sent pictures and videos beforehand, so I knew what to expect. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as described. We needed a spacious car, as we have a child, and it is doing exactly what we need it to do.

Omar at Concept was fantastic. I came across Concept online looking for a car. The Nissan Juke has been really good, I needed a reliable car, which is why I went for the Nissan. It is comfortable and is good on juice.
