I am so so so happy with my Nissan Juke, I absolutely love it. Its running really well, no problems what so ever. Its been really reliable and I was worried with not been able to test drive it, but I'm really happy with it. Concept were great to me, they were helpful, kind and very polite. I applied for the credit with not much hope, but I was approved, its nice to see that there is companies willing to help those with bad credit too. I chose the dark blue one, its a lovely colour and very very techy inside, its lovely. Thank you thank you thank you 🙌🙌🙌

Lovely car purchased great service with lots of help and advice and the salesman was great at keeping us updated. They sent pictures and videos of the car as we couldn't test drive it and it was just like the pictures when we collected it.

I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer and collected it from Concept's office, the car was well advertised, and in the condition we expected it to be. Not long after a few minor issues came to light, really small bits and bobs, speaker was broken, lights, fuses etc. Concept got these bits rectified in no time, they were great, really helpful and didnt make it awkward for me. Since its been fixed, ive had no issues at all. , I'm pleased with it.

I know a lot of people will say this but I genuinely can not fault concept car credit. They bent over backwards for me, went above and beyond. My credit history is absolutely awful and they did everything in their power to get me approved, and for a higher amount too. Really grateful for their help and support. Because I managed to get the higher amount on finance, I was able to buy the car I really wanted and not just settle for something cheaper. A VW Golf Mark 7. Everything is going perfectly well with it, I'm enjoying it a lot, its a beautiful car. I went to collect it but I was running late, the salesman waited for me so I could still take it away that day, it was shiny and clean inside and out. Thanks!

I needed a car quiet urgently and found one with this company that ticked all the boxes. I collected the car from their showroom, all was fine and dandy, easy, and on time as agreed. The horn did pack up, but Concept helped me get this sorted, they was helpful and worked quickly. I'm happy with the car and would use concept again, Over-all a good experience.

Great Astra purchased, the car is just what I was looking for in terms of age, mileage, spec and condition. The salesman was really helpful, he asked what I was after, and came back to me with a few cars of interest, 1 been the Astra I ending up buying. It was easy and stress-free and to be honest pretty effortless my end, the dealership did absolutely everything. Cant fault, Id use again and I highly recommend to anybody.

I bought a Kia Sportage a few months back from Concept Car Credit, it was during the lockdown so restrictions were in place and it was very strange, Given the restrictions concept did a great job of providing a smooth and simple process, that ensured customers and staff were safe. We did click and collect and I couldn't fault the car what so ever, it was clean, tidy and everything was ready for a quick handover. The car is lovely, very roomy, practical and enjoyable to drive.
