Overly impressed with the speed that Concept work at. I phoned the garage to see if they could help me, they found me a car within an hour, which was perfect! I went down and couple of hours later to collect, they had all relevant measures in place to make sure the site was safe for customers. James was fantastic, really helpful and got things sorted so quickly. I'm really happy, and highly recommend.

I bought a car from Concept, there was some issues with it, so when I went back and they gave me a courtesy car for a week and half. I decided to choose a different car with them, which was a Fiesta, the car is fine and running well.

The dealership made the buying process really easy, I wasn't able to view / test drive the car due to shielding, but Concept delivered the car straight to me, this was a massive help! Concept made the process seem stress-free and simple. I've wanted this car for 7 years, so I was really impressed that they had exactly what I wanted, for the right price.
