Concept made the process seem stress-free and simple. I've wanted this car for 7 years, so I was really impressed that they had exactly what I wanted, for the right price. The car is running as it should, I had a small issue with it at first, and Concept put this right straight away. I recommend dealing with Gaz, he was brilliant, the whole process took 2 days!!

I cannot fault Concept at all, the service they provided was outstanding, they went above and beyond for us. The Fiat was for my granddaughter, and shes really really happy with it, she loves it. We are so pleased all round, we felt very 'looked after' when we was in the showroom, so thank you!

Im really pleased with the car, its in great nick, and ive had no issues at all. The Seat drives well and looks immaculate. Thumbs up from me. Car is brill and the service was top notch!

Very helpful and professional, had a problem with an engine management light but they picked up the car sorted it out, was really efficient. Will definitely use again and would recommend.
