I am very happy with my new car from Concept Car Credit, its a very nice car and I'm enjoying driving it. The customer service was great, very helpful and welcoming.

I bought a lovely little car from Concept Car Credit not so long ago, I was looking for something to get me about that wasn't going to cost the earth to run. I found a Vauxhall Viva and decided to go ahead with it. Rob was really good, he was helpful, had lots of information, she got things sorted quickly and smoothly. I really can't complain about anything service or car wise. I would happily buy here again.

Very pleased with my new car, I've had a few niggles with warning lights, but Concept have got this sorted for me. The customer service provided by Laura, was second to none. She was absolutely fantastic. After struggling for so long to get finance and find the car I wanted, I was very impressed with Concept Car Credit. Laura did everything she could, and got the finance in place for me. She was extremely helpful and looked after me a lot. I have sent some chocolates down to Laura to say thank you for all her help and efforts. Highly recommend, I will be a returning customer to Concept.

I went to Concept Car credit to look at a car I found online, when I got there, I saw a Vauxhall Zafira and I really liked the look of that instead. We looked around both cars, and decided to test drive the Zafira, we agreed on it and I'm really pleased with it - the car is great to drive and a perfect size, its very comfortable inside. I'm trying my best to keep it clean and shiny, just how I collected it! This is first time I've bought a car from Concept Car Credit and I'm impressed, I will look at Concept again when I'm ready for a new car. Everybody down there was really nice, helpful and friendly. A nice environment.

When in the process of a big purchase, the customer service is just as important as the product. Concept Car Credit showed that the customer service and after sales service is very important and something they pride themselves in. The staff did everything they could and the after sales service was fantastic. I bought a stunning BMW X1, and a 1 week after buying it I had some issues with the car, Concept got this sorted straight away with no quibble, they worked around me and sorted quickly and too a high standard. I would happily buy here again and have the confidence that they will look after me. The car is now running perfectly, its lovely to drive and I'm really happy with it. Highly recommend.

Concept did a great job in finding me a car, I wanted a Vauxhall Zafira (automatic), but they didn't have anything in stock that would suit my budget/finance application or criteria. The guys went away with all the details of what I was looking for and came back with a Zafira, exactly what I wanted and they managed to sort the finance out too. I was super impressed. I did contact them last week as the fan belt needs replacing, they have booked me in for next week, Concept are sorting this for me. I'm happy with the service and after sales service they have provided, very helpful, knowledgeable and have always been professional. The car is fantastic, lovely to drive and even more so that its automatic - very happy with the purchase. This is my 2nd car through Concept, and I will be back when ready for my 3rd from them.

We purchased a Ford Kuga recently from the dealership, the car is perfect for us. Its not too big, not too small, it's an ideal size for us. It nice to drive and very comfortable inside. Very pleased with it. The staff were brilliant, they got things sorted quickly, no waiting around etc. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Very happy with the Ford Focus I bought, I was looking for something that was reliable and going to last me. I cover a lot of mileage so I decided on a diesel, the car is fab, its lovely to drive, very smooth and the spec was exactly what I wanted. It was very straight forward buying from Concept Car Credit, they was quick and efficient in getting everything sorted, very helpful and friendly. I would happily come back to Concept when ready.
