Extremely satisfied with our new car we just bought, the customer service was truly exceptional, the car was immaculate inside and out. I was actually surprised how smooth and easy the transaction was, there's normally a lot more headache and stress involved in a new car purchase, but not with this place!. We very highly recommend Essex Prestige and will definitely upgrade to our next car with them

Went to see a Ford Ranger back in September, the car was nice and clean, present well, the salesman was very kind and helpful, took me through all the details and documents. I test drove, sealed the deal and then went back to collect it a few days later. It looked mega, even better than he first time I saw it, I love it. 5 stars from me.

I found dealing with Essex Prestige was easy and hassle free. Most places you visit these days you feel pressured to put a deposit, down or buy there and then etc. The salesman I dealt with was very easy going and pressure free. They gave me plenty of time to check the car out and I felt like I got top class service throughout. Get down to Essex Prestige for your next car you wont be disappointed.

Purchased a lovely BMW from Essex Prestige but unfortunately it wasn't practical for myself so I had to trade it back. Reis and the guys were always really friendly and helpful though so cant knock a thing. They understood the circumstances and helped wherever they could. Thank you.

I had been looking for a VW Golf for quite some time but was very particular with the model that I wanted. I ended up finding one at Essex Prestige that seemed to tick all my boxes. I purchased the car and had it delivered which was great. All on time and as described. The sellers were fantastic and as were the guys who transported the car to me. I've been having a lot of fun in it ever since!

My girlfriend found the car for me online so we decided to go down together to look at it. We got to Essex Prestige and were amazed by their stock range, we were really spoilt for choice! We ended up going for the Subaru and are so happy with our choice. It was my first time using Essex Prestige but would be more than happy to go back to them in the future, they were very good 😊
